With a background in urban development and investing, Chris quickly adapted the company to identify opportunities to make an impact in the community. In 5 years, Chris has moved up the ranks and has become our President. He has impressed many as a forward thinker and excellent communicator. Chris also spearheads most of our company's charity events and non-profit outreach.
Chief Marketing Officer
Graduating from University of Central Florida, Sam has become well rounded in all facets of the industry. Spearheading marketing campaigns that brought on new investors, Sam has made a name for herself with effective marketing campaigns and content creation. Through her activities with professional associations and community service, Sam has proven to become the face of River City Development Group and a positive asset to the community.
Starting with a small set of single family homes, we have grown to encompass multiple single-family, multi-family, and commercial properties in our city's downtown and surrounding neighborhoods. We provide services including property improvements, leasing, property management, and sales.
Our teams of architects, engineers, and constructors develop properties that include design elements and technology that meet the needs of today's environment and are ready for the future.
